Initially came here in 2017 and got a great haircut from somebody who no longer works here. Fast forward to last week in January 2022 and I get a really bad, messed up haircut that's unbalanced and way shorter than I very clearly explained. I had shown this barber multiple pictures and tried to explain what it is that I wanted, he said it was complicated but due to his 25 years of experience he could definitely work with it. I leave happy until I washed my hair and realized how random parts of my head were cut shorter than others and how disproportionate it looks. I tried calling this location multiple times for days but they never answered. Their answering machine states that I can schedule appointments on their Instagram but they never answered there either. I had to look for the barbers Instagram page to reschedule with him so that he may fix it and he told me to come at 4PM on my day off. I live 20 minutes away and tell me why this man waits until 3:41, as I'm driving, to tell me that he is stuck in Hartford and that he can't make it. I am currently at the shop waiting to speak to someone about this because I'm honestly fed up with this place and can't believe it went so downhill. Save your money and go somewhere else.

nice team of highly skilled barbers very friendly team in a convenient location In town to visit friends on block island stopped in for a hair it and was very well taken care of I have a scar on my head from an injury --- hair grows funny there and the guys new how to cut it correctly
