I was trying to help a friend get his phone number released from @MyStraightTalk to go with a new service. It’s my first time dealing with their support department and it will be my last dealing with Straight Talk in general. 😡

Ive been a customer of @MyStraightTalk for god know how long, and ran out of service, forgot that they have a rewards program that give you point towards service you buy for the month, and well used my 3500 points to have service for this month.. thank you @MyStraightTalk

@MyStraightTalk I tried everything you mentioned. I was told it would be escalated by 2 ppl. 2 other ppl told me no mgrs were avail. I can show u call logs of the hrs I've been on the phone in the past 2 days. Never had 1 complaint until i had an issue. Schd. 2 callbacks. Never heard a thing.

@MyStraightTalk I got a new phone and now have service but it cost me a full month's service and a $700 phone. Everytime I ask for one month service back to help me out, I get you don't do refunds. I could only text and get internet for 6 months.

@MyStraightTalk Lol yeah i already wasted an hour trying to resolve the issue with a rep. only for him to tell me they couldn’t do anything and that i could call. My time is worth more than a month of service. I left my email and said if my service isnt restored by tmmrw, im switching services.

@MyStraightTalk You didnt process my auto-fill. Now your website isnt working. The only way to contact you is by calling you and I cant even call you because you didnt process my auto fill and the website keeps giving errors when I try to get a plan. Trash! Tired of getting issues with you all.
